William B`s Steakhouse in Shreveport

The staff and food are great ! I couldn't ask for a friendlier staff and the manager remembers us from trip to trip and makes us feel very welcome !

Best steak I have ever eaten. Staff is very nice.

We're from south Louisiana & I guess we're just used to more punch to our food. Nothing tasted seasoned...not even my peppercorn topped filet. A lot of money for bland. Other local folks seemed happy to be there.

It was bad. Food was super expensive. It took an hour to get food. The food was bland.

Dinner was excellent. Our waiter Sammie was very attentive. The steak was cooked to perfection . Oh and if you want an appetizer the Beef tenderloin tips are wonderful. Nice atmosphere. Dessert was decadent as well. The newest edition to the menu sides Lobster Mac and Cheese is oh so delicious. Will be back!

Everything was top tier here: the service, the steak, the bread and butter (the butter oh my!). I had the filet cooked medium and it was just how I like it. Our table ordered the asparagus and sweet potato for sides, both needed no extra seasoning - they tasted perfect just as they came. So good!

Even without reservations on Valentine's day we were seated very quickly. Waiter Larry very knowledgeable and respectful. All staff seemed willing to help one another and kitchen area was being ordered very well. Food was very great and a filling amount. Price is high but you get what you pay for. Overall great experience and plan to go back.

Had dinner ordered lobster it was verry good my wife ordered prime rib she loved it the only thing that was bad is to order good lobster and I had to dip it in oil the waiter insisted it was pure butter sorry I know the diff between oil and butter beware of this that all I have to say about this place....

One of the Best steak places in town, I would rank it #2 in the area only behind 2 Johns.

Service was great. The ambiance was was wonderful. The food portions are huge! Great place for an intimate setting.

Samuel was our waiter and he was great, excellent, and entertaining. We celebrated my wife's birthday and we had a awesome time and the food was so good I ate as much as I could then we brought the rest to our kids so they could get a taste. Thanks William B and Samuel.

Service excellent, Simon" the best" I love this place... Every time we have something different... tonight the coffee with the pinch of lemon... I love it.

We really enjoyed our meal at William B's. We had so much to spend on our meal and we had to keep adding to it to us all our amount allotted. The waitress was very pacience with us. We will definitely go back the first chance we have.

Good food, server was not too friendly others were, just not our guy... I kept running out of my drink...

I only went for the oysters and they were not what I expected. They were compared to dragos and they don't even compare. The cheese wasn't even melted. They were drizzled with parmesan cheese and dashed with hot sauce..

This is without a doubt my favorite steak house and restaurant. Delicious food and exceptional service, Larry has always been our waiter and we always look up to too his great service. All I have to say is that if you haven't been there you owe it to yourself.

The food and service was great. I like that the service was fast and efficient.

We had a wonderful experience at William B's. We went for my child's birthday. Not only did they wish him a happy birthday when we first arrived, they also gave him a complimentary slice of cake complete with lit candle! It was so special. The food and service were also excellent. We had trout with a lemon butter sauce that was delicious, and perfectly cooked lamb chops and t-bone steak. Our server, Samir, was extremely professional and friendly. He made us feel valued and provided a truly wonderful experience for us. We highly recommend this place for a fine dining experience and for all special occasions!

Ate there last night with friends . Fast and friendly service. Extra large portions and a comfortable atmosphere.

We've eaten at William B's several times now. The food is always great and the servers are very attentive, especially Horia. She makes the dining experience worthwhile. Looking forward to the next time.

Nice dining room, great service. Meal wasnt worth the price. 24oz. Rib eye ordered med well. No blood on the plate. Is what I asked for. Still bleeding after it went back to the kitchen. Overcooked on the outside, bleeding inside. Husband's Italian dish overcooked. Perfect tequila sunrise.!

Tip tier steakhouse, with top tier prices. Great service, excellent food. Most menu items are a la carte. Portions somewhat small for the price, but are excellent quality. Horia is our favorite server; ask for her!

The steak was cooked to perfection. I loved the lobster mad and cheese as well. Best restaurant experience we have ever had.
