Its in Shreveport, Caddo Parish, LA; across the Red River is Bossier City in Bossier Parish and 4 other riverboat casinos and one racetrack and casino. There are 2 in Shreveport including Sam's Town. I was born and raised in Shreveport, and I also happen to spend alot of time at the boat. The other ladies are mistaken.
